This additional unit for UKS2 introduces pupils to the fascinating world of Artificial Intelligence (AI) through three practical and thought-provoking lessons.

  1. What is AI?
    Pupils explore the concept of AI, encounter everyday examples, and experiment with chatbots to see how machines “think.”

  2. How Does AI Learn?
    Using fun tools like Google Quick Draw, pupils train AI systems, uncovering how machines recognise patterns and make predictions.

  3. Creativity and AI
    Pupils try out AI art generators, comparing machine outputs with human creativity, and discussing important issues such as copyright.
